Convenient Stay Near the Promenade

The guest house location is very convenient, close to Coral Island. I found the staff really helpful when i needed assistance with my luggage. I appreciated the host following a no stag and hen policy. The hotel was peaceful. (I also appreciated the proximity to the beach.)
The mug was available but tea and coffee were not supplied in the room.

the room included a good shower it had an above-bed light that i found convenient the wifi worked excellently it allowed me to stay connected. the room was also well-equipped with everything i needed i appreciated the amenities. i found the location suitable for my needs
the window had a jam i found a cold draught because of this i was informed about it at check-in i thought this was unusual. there was no remote for the television i had difficulty using it the light also kept flickering this made it hard to see properly. i was surprised there was no tea or coffee in the room i had to bring my own supplies

The hosts were great. Gary was very helpful with room service. Sue's natural charm stood out IMMEDIATELY. The bedding was super clean and cozy. The single room was a good size. I was surprised to get an upgrade to an ensuite room. The room even had a view of the top of the Tower. I APPRECIATED it.
The stairs were quite steep. So guests with mobility issues should be prepared.

Sue at reception greeted me with such warmth upon my arrival. She provided her contact information and offered assistance should I need anything. The room was looked super fresh and the bed provided really good comfort. I needed JUST that for a restful overnight stay.
The room lacked tea and coffee, a surprise since I expected it to be available. The kettle was there, but I had to buy my own supplies at the nearest store. It's a minor inconvenience, but worth noting for future travelers.

I found the staff super friendly and helpful . They engaged in conversation and always tried their best to help me. Staff members are on site around the clockwith peace of mind.. The bed was comfortable, and I could see the tower from my room window. I appreciated there were no time restrictions, so I didn't worry about rushing back late at night.
The room I stayed in needed some attention to detail. One of the electric sockets didn't work. I discovered it when I left my phone charging overnight.

the location was quite convenient.
The room felt unclean. I saw tea stains on the cups. the tv had a blue screen so i couldn't watch it. a homeless woman slept in the porch so i had to step over her when i returned late.
